Tournated V3 is LIVE
Tournated V3 introduces a major evolution in UI/UX across all platforms.
As we continue to operate at a national scale - powering sports federation councils, working with Olympic committees, and supporting leading governing bodies such as the United States Padel Association - we are committed to continuously improving the user experience across every level of the ecosystem.
The first step is the launch of the new Tournated homepage, bringing together tournated.com and play.tournated.com into a single unified experience - combining the marketplace with a central hub to explore Tournated and its solutions.
This update also introduces a new homepage builder, enabling white-label platform owners to easily customize page structure, content, and key blocks to match their needs.
In addition, V3 lays the foundation for entirely new modules, including club management with online bookings (courts, classes) and advanced league management. These modules will be rolled out progressively, with full availability expected by the end of May.
Previously, Tournated operated across two separate environments — tournated.com, which contained outdated information about the solution, and play.tournated.com, which functioned as the marketplace. This split created unnecessary friction and confusion for users trying to both understand the product and engage with it.
With Tournated V3, this has been fully resolved. The new unified homepage brings everything into a single, seamless experience — combining product discovery, marketplace activity, and platform navigation in one place.
The homepage is now primarily driven by marketplace data, while the header allows athletes to quickly access key actions such as Compete, Book, and Discover. At the same time, the main navigation provides a clear structure for exploring Tournated’s solutions across different segments, including:
Each section includes use cases, key benefits, and detailed explanations to help users quickly understand the value of the platform.
As part of this update, tournaments and leagues (including league stages) are now clearly separated, making it easier for users to navigate different competition formats and for organizers to structure their events more effectively.
Additionally, a new “For You” filter has been introduced - recommending events based on each player’s experience level, activity, and interests within the platform. This ensures a more personalized and relevant discovery experience from the moment users land on the homepage.

For athletes, the “For Athletes” dropdown in the navigation serves as the central hub for accessing all relevant pages beyond the homepage.
On the right side of the header, next to language selection, users can access preferences — where they can customize sports, location, and switch between light and dark mode. New users will be prompted to set these preferences upon their first visit, ensuring a personalized experience from the start.
With the new UI, Tournated introduces two major new modules: Club & Venue Management and Advanced League Management.
The Club Management module enables full operational control for clubs and venues, including online bookings for courts, classes, coaches, and club events - all within a single system.
At the same time, Advanced League Management introduces powerful tools to structure, manage, and scale leagues of any format—supporting both competitive and recreational play - with features such as full automation of promotion and relegation, double round-robin formats, generation of period-based schedules, and player-submitted scores with opponent approval.
These releases reflect Tournated’s broader focus for 2026: expanding deeper into the recreational sports market. The goal is to ensure that clubs, leagues, and communities have all the necessary tools to operate efficiently - whether using Tournated directly, running on a Tournated-powered platform, or launching their own white-label solution.
Given the scale and complexity of these modules, the rollout will happen progressively, with full availability expected by the end of May.
While the Tournated Manager receives lighter UI/UX improvements - primarily a new sidebar and updated navigation (expected to go live by the end of April) - it also introduces a dedicated new block for club management, aligning with the platform’s expansion into recreational use cases.
On the other hand, the Tournated Dashboard is undergoing a complete transformation. This update fully rethinks the UI/UX and restructures how organizations, platforms, governing bodies, and circuits are managed—making the system more intuitive, scalable, and aligned with real operational workflows.

From a completely redesigned user experience and a unified homepage, to the introduction of powerful new modules like Club Management and Advanced League Management, this release sets the foundation for the next stage of growth.
Our focus for 2026 is clear: to support not only competitive structures, but also the fast-growing recreational segment - empowering clubs, leagues, and communities with the tools they need to operate, scale, and monetize efficiently.
